Making Meatballs for Generations - A Tradition since 1963

A lot has changed at Rosina since 1963, but maintaining consistency and quality in our meatball recipes has stayed the same. The Rosina tradition began as a small storefront business in Buffalo, New York, servicing nearby neighborhoods. The family-owned business is named after our matriarch, Rose, whose 70 year old homemade recipes were the inspiration for our meatballs

Today, we offer a meatball variety for all types of taste buds. Try all nine: 

Italian - Fresh, Authentic Italian taste.  Made with premium, high-quality ingredients, just like Grandma makes.

Homestyle - Made with beef, pork and the right amount of Romano cheese to create a meatball for all occasions.

Swedish - Made with a blend of the finest beef and pork, perfectly seasoned with hints of nutmeg and allspice.  Ideal for appetizers and main course meals.

Sausage - Its sweet and mild flavor, coupled with Italian spices, makes this meatball perfect for breakfast, lunch, dinner or a flavorful appetizer.

Turkey - A perfect meatball for the health-conscious consumer.  These meatballs are made from the finest ingredients including turkey, Romano cheese and Italian spices.
 
Wrapped - Rosina half ounce Homestyle Meatballs enveloped in a tender, golden pastry, making them the ideal size for appetizers or an anytime snack.
 
Angus - These meatballs are 1oz. all beef meatballs made with 100% USDA Premium Angus Beef. They are truly superior meatballs made with premium ingredients.

Mini - Quarter ounce meatballs great for kids because they are just their size and they taste great! Moms love them too since they are easy to prepare, and very versatile.
 
Buffalo Style Chicken - Made with white chicken breast meat and just the right amount of hot sauce, these meatballs create the authentic taste of the famous Buffalo Chicken Wings.
 
Gluten Free - This is a 100% beef meatball. The meat is delivered and grinded fresh daily and includes imported Pecorino Romano cheese and other spices. We also use the latest technology in testing methods based on ELISA and G12 antibody technology to assure our materials, product and environment are found free of gluten.
 
All are oven-baked and fully cooked and are made with only the finest and freshest ingredients.
