Accounts Payable Clerk

This position will be responsible for verifying expense report reimbursements which will include the following duties: ensuring submitted receipts agree to the expense reports, entering expenses to proper G/L account codes, and checking that all expense reports are signed and approved by the appropriate manager. Additionally, responsibilities will include coding invoices into our system, verifying data accuracy before the check is printed, and performing 3-way matching (PO, shipping documents, and invoice) of inventory related items.

Associate- Sanitation - 3rd shift (11:00pm - 7:30am)

The Site 3- 3rd shift Sanitation Associate performs manual production and sanitation duties such as those listed below; along with being responsible for the disassembly, cleaning, sanitizing, and reassembly of processing equipment in accordance with USDA, FDA, and Company specifications.

Building & Grounds Maintenance

Rosina Foods has an opening for an individual who has previous experience in building and grounds and enjoys the work. Qualified candidate will be responsible for property grounds upkeep and maintenance, which would include the following:
Painting, floor repairs, including vinyl, epoxy and concrete, dry wall repairs, framing, basic plumbing including sanitary plumbing and basic building wiring including 120/220/277 volt single phase.

Clerk - Production

Production Clerk will perform the following duties:

• Maintain cover coat room; monitor uniform levels.
• Ensure that the proper cover coats are in the correct area for that day.
• Perform daily inventory for knives, toolboxes, kitchen kits and radio
• Control the distribution and returns of all supplies and tools assigned to each kit,
ensuring all documentation is completed correctly including Missing Item
Report.
• Distribute, collect, and review production paperwork including Safety
Chain and Shoplogix.
• Facilitate Associate Alchemy training requirements.
• Backup to production Associates if needed.
• Responsible for food safety.

Manufacturing Engineer

Rosina Food Products has a wonder opportunity for a recent School of Engineering graduate. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining systems and procedures to support the Maintenance Department operations within the Company. Will focus on the continued development of a variety of documentation related to new and existing equipment. Will be involved in developing other systems and reports to measure the effectiveness of the plant equipment and maintenance efforts. Will be responsible for keeping the Maintenance CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) updated with any new or relevant information. Will contribute to Maintenance and Engineering projects related to product development and machine design.

Plant Manager

The Plant Manager will be to provide effective leadership for all aspects of plant production and related support departments in a manner consistent with company objectives. The individual will be actively involved in the day-to-day coordination of all aspects the facility operations, including those functions that report elsewhere in the company. Quality Assurance & Food Safety Systems Specialist

Rosina Food Products has an opening for an individual with experience as a Quality Assurance and Food Safety Systems Specialist. This individual will be responsible for providing administrative and technical support for both the Food Safety and Quality Assurance functions of the Company. Will assist in the development and continued maintenance of the Corporate Quality and Food Safety Management System (QFSMS) program, systems, and policies. Quality Control Manager

This individual is charged with execution of the various corporate programs and initiatives to ensure that all Company products are of superior quality and in compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaboration with the Quality Assurance Manager will be required to maintain food safety programs to ensure proper execution. Quality Line Inspector - C - Clinton (2nd shift)

We are looking for an individual with Quality Control experiences, preferably in a food service/food manufacturing environment. Individual will conduct a variety of daily quality control and quality assurance activities in the facility; which will include continuous inspection of materials, processes, products, personnel, documentation, finished products and the manufacturing environment to ensure all quality, safety and recordkeeping standards are continuously achieved in accordance with the guidelines set forth by Quality Assurance Management. Inspects manufacturing products and processes for acceptance within our quality standards. Rejects unacceptable product and motivates Associates to improve upon product. Works with Associates to ensure policies and procedures are being followed.

Receptionist

The Receptionist will be responsible for serving as the first image of the company. The individual will be responsible for greeting and visitors and ensuring that they are properly directed to the Associate they are visiting. This individual will also be responsible for “manning” the Company switch board and effective and efficiently directing calls to the appropriate individual or department of the Company. Will be required to maintain our visitors log and administer any appropriate paperwork for individuals who it may be required from.
