BUFFALO STYLE CHICKEN CHEESESTEAK

Sweet and Tangy MeatballsIngredients:
½ bag Rosina® Buffalo Style Chicken Meatballs 

¼ cup canola oil

1 cup sliced onions

1 cup sliced mushrooms

1 cup sliced bell peppers

8 slices provolone cheese

4 8 inch soft sub rolls

½ cup blue cheese crumbles

¼ cup Buffalo wing sauce

     

Directions:
Preheat small frying pan over medium/high heat and add canola oil. When the oil is hot, add sliced onions, mushrooms, and bell peppers. Stir vegetables and cook until caramelized and tender (about 4 – 5 minutes). Cover and set aside. Warm the Rosina Buffalo Style Chicken Meatballs according to package directions using whichever heating method you prefer. To assemble the sandwiches, place 2 slices of provolone cheese on the inside of each sub roll. Top each with 7 Rosina Buffalo Style Chicken Meatballs and evenly distribute the onions, peppers, and mushrooms. Sprinkle with blue cheese and a touch of Buffalo wing sauce for extra heat, if desired.
