CAVATELLI W/SAUSAGE AND SPINACH

1.5 lbs Rosina Cavatelli
1/2lb Rosina Pork Pizza topping-any type
¾ - 1 cup chicken broth (for thicker broth use ¾ cup)
3 Tbsp Olive
2 tbsp Pine Nuts
4oz Chopped Spinach (more or less according to taste)
Black Pepper, Basil leaves to taste
Chopped parsley

Serves 4-6

Cook Cavatelli according to directions. Return to pot on stove.
Stir in all ingredients except parsley while warming on low heat.
Warm for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally or until chicken broth is absorbed by pasta.
Pour into serving dish and sprinkle with Chopped Parley.
