Offer is limited to foodservice operators only.
Offer is $5 off a case, from 5 to 25 cases and is limited to foodservice operators only.
Minimum of five (5) cases and maximum of twenty five (25) cases.
Products must be purchased between January 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024.
Offers must be submitted online or postmarked by January 31, 2025.
Rebate is taken from LIST PRICE and is NOT VALID on any other promotion or discount.
Receipt/invoice/velocity report must be legible.
Receipt/invoice/velocity report must contain store name and address, purchase date, and product information.
Circle or highlight the Rosina items on the receipt/invoice/velocity report you submit.
Only FIVE redemption forms per foodservice operation, name, or address.
