A traditional version of an Italian classic, made with durum flour make for an ideal bite
MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONS: Mix together 1/4 cup water and 1/2 cup of your favorite sauce. Place 1 cup cavatelli in a microwave safe dish and cover. Heat on high power for 2-3 minutes stirring halfway. Let stand 1-2 minutes before serving. Remove cover carefully; steam is hot.
STOVETOP INSTRUCTIONS: Bring 4 quarts of water to a boil. Place cavatelli in boiling water. Simmer 5-7 minutes or until desired tenderness, stirring occasionally. Drain and serve.
