Thin dough filled with creamy ricotta, Romano, garlic and onion
MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONS: Place 1 cup frozen tortellini in a microwave safe dish. Mix 1/4 cup water with 1/2 cup of your favorite sauce. Add sauce to tortellini, mix, and cover. Heat on high power (100%) for 4-5 minutes, stirring halfway. Let stand 2 minutes before serving. Remove cover carefully because steam is hot. (Note: microwave ovens vary; adjust cooking time accordingly.
STOVETOP INSTRUCTIONS: Boil 4 quarts of water. Add tortellini to boiling water. Simmer 2-3 minutes, stirring halfway. Cook until desired tenderness. Drain and serve.
