Celentano Cavatelli with Sausage and Spinach

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs. Celentano Cavatelli
  • ¼ lb. Rosina 3/16” Sliced Pizza Sausage
  • 1 Cup Alfredo Sauce
  • ¼ Cup Sundried Tomatoes, drained and chopped
  • ½ Cup Baby Spinach
  • ¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Basil leaves, chopped
  • Salt and Black pepper, to taste

Directions

Cook Cavatelli according to cooking directions. Drain and return the pot to the stove.  

Stir in all the ingredients while warming on low heat, stirring occasionally. 

Pour into baking pan and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and basil.

Bake at 350oF for 10 minutes.  

Remove from the oven and divide among serving bowls. Serve immediately.
