Ingredients
- 4 each Rosina Cooked Italian Sausage Link Spicy, Sliced
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 sliced Red bell peppers
- 1 sliced Green bell peppers
- 1 Sliced White Onion
- 4 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 sprigs Fresh oregano
- 2 Cups Prepared Marinara sauce, warmed
- To taste Salt and black pepper
- Garnish grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
In a sauté pan heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions, peppers, and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, until softened and lightly browned.
Add the sliced Italian sausage, marinara sauce and oregano. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer cooking for 8-10 minutes, until sausage is heated through.
To plate divide amongst serving dishes garnish with grated parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
