Ingredients
- 2 Cup Rosina Signature Medium Chunky Italian Sausage – Mild
- 1 lbs. Fettucine Pasta
- ½ Cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
- 1 package (12 oz.) frozen broccoli florets
- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
Directions
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and set aside. Prepare broccoli as directed on the package.
In a large sauté pan, add olive oil, red onion, garlic and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add the broccoli season with salt and black pepper. Stir to combine ingredients. Add the butter and let melt, add in the cooked fettucine and toss to combine.
Divide among serving bowls and serve immediately.
